The Welsh Bridge Union is delighted to announce the launch of the new Menagerie Bridge Club played weekly on Real Bridge and (for at least the first 6 months) completely FREE to all WBU members!
The first dates for this new online club are Tuesdays 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th October at 7.15pm with 24 boards played in each session.
It is called The Menagerie Bridge Club as in due course it will run a number of eclectic and varied bridge events on its weekly sessions but, for now, the first 4 sessions will be pairs events whilst players get used to Realbridge and how much fun it is!!
On Real Bridge you can see the cards and also the other players so you can chat just as if you were at a bridge club at a table together!
The Menagerie Bridge Club is run by WBU Members Mark Roderick, Rachel Oliver and Andrea Knox. There is a full partnership desk so if you do not have a partner we will guarantee to team you up so you can play as Mark and/or Andrea will always be available to partner someone! So there is nothing stopping you!!!
Some of you may be curious but have never played on Real Bridge or perhaps never played online – fear not! Just get in touch and we will arrange an individual session for you online to get you familiar with how easy it is to use!! If you would like to register for any of these first 4 sessions or just find out more please email both wbuadmin@wbu.org.uk and andrea.knox@knoxcommercial.co.uk
